Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead large, global programs spanning multiple manufacturing, testing and storage locations for medical devices and drug-device combinations. You will create execution strategies, milestones, and cross-functional plans to deliver value and regulatory readiness.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Science & Technology, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory to drive program success, risk management and timely launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; advanced degrees or PMP are a plus.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, engineering, science & technology or technical operations for pharma/biotech/device manufacturers.
• Minimum 5 years global program and/or project management.
• Minimum 5 years in drug product fill/finish, device manufacturing or combination product packaging plant environment.
• Experience with industrialization/qualification of drug product fill/finish, device manufacturing and combination product assembly, labeling and packaging operations.
• Experience with product transfer from development to operations.
• Exposure to quality systems, design controls, product labeling, regulatory submission strategy/preparations and product launch/commercial supply is a plus.
• MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint skills; Power BI/Smartsheet and OpenAI skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, execution strategies, resources, deliverables and milestones using project tools.
• Manage the program per its financial plan and report variances.
• Articulate execution strategy, deliverables and milestones to stakeholders with a clear narrative.
• Implement governance structures, work breakdown structures, roles, timelines and communication plans.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to keep the program on track.
• Identify opportunities for acceleration, efficiency and cost reduction.
• Align global teams, manage competing timelines and enable informed decisions.
• Plan and facilitate global meetings, document minutes/actions, follow-up on closure.
• Close out programs and transfer ongoing responsibilities to appropriate parties.
