Job Title: Program Manager – Life Sciences (Technical, Functional & Legacy Systems Migration)

About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within the Life Sciences industry. This role will focus on managing complex programs that involve technical system development, regulatory operations, and large-scale legacy system migrations. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen, domain expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to drive successful outcomes across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program lifecycle activities across technical and functional workstreams in Life Sciences domains.
• Oversee the migration of legacy systems (e.g., LIMS, ERP, QMS, clinical databases) to modern platforms, ensuring data integrity and system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data architects, and lab automation experts.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and resource allocations.
• Drive effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Ensure programs remain compliant with regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, GxP, ISO 13485) during execution.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.

Experience:

• 7+ years of program/project management experience in pharma, biotech, medtech, or diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience managing both technical and functional projects across departments.
• 3+ years leading legacy system migrations, including data mapping, validation, and stakeholder change management.
• Familiarity with PDLC, stage-gate processes, and regulatory submission frameworks.

Skills:

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to lead in ambiguous, complex environments while maintaining focus and delivering results.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data integrity, and digital health technologies is a plus a
