Job description

The Technical Program Manager will be counted on to lead a large-scale, cross-functional, technical program rolling out a new web-based front end to 7,500+ end users across the credit lifecycle (originations, servicing, and collections).


The role requires a technical leader and influencer who can be counted on to set direction and bring clarity to the work needed to deliver across the enterprise. This resource must orchestrate interactions between independent teams, support iterative development in a collaborative manner, and provide actionable insights and transparency to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. In this role, you will be two levels below the CTO.


Required Experience:
  1. 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, such as Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
  3. Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions with multiple dependencies and constraints.
  4. Experience delivering large-scale software development projects and programs with varied stakeholders.
  5. Ability to manage up and down.
  6. Experience creating and leading communications to Senior executives.
  7. Successful candidates will typically have a Big-4 consulting delivery background and have delivered on large initiatives within large financial services organizations.

At the conclusion of the 10+ month engagement, there is a possibility of becoming a permanent employee.
