Program Manager, Licensed – Justice, Accountability and Recovery Program

Location: Brighton, CO

The Program Manager (JAR) is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s Clinical Division. The Manager operates and oversees clinical program(s) using evidence-based approaches to support individuals with behavioral health needs and justice involvement. The Manager collaborates with justice partners, manages team functions, ensures compliance, and provides leadership and resources for staff.

Essential Functions
  • Identify, implement, and monitor customer service standards for the multidisciplinary team.
  • Train, evaluate, and develop staff; establish internal goals aligned with program and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency of medical record and case management services; advocate appropriate services for consumers.
  • Provide direct consumer consultation and care using evidence-based best practice models; develop, evaluate, and modify programs.
  • Participate in selection of internal and external program staff.
  • Coach employees to meet standards, offer discipline when needed, and provide catalytic coaching.
  • Maintain and distribute program budget.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies, state and regulatory policies on clinical care and coordination.
  • Collaborate with local and state policymakers, community leaders and providers to assess needs and implement programming.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or a directly related field.
  • LPC, LP, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
  • At least 2 years of direct clinical experience.
  • At least 2 years of clinical supervision, performance coaching, facilitation of group processes, and knowledge of state/local policy issues regarding mental health and child/adult systems of care.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers for computer use.
  • Visual acuity for close computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting.
  • Regular, predictable attendance required.
Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Travel to locations and external meetings required.

Salary

$84,500 – $90,000 per year.
