Job summary

Denver Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Clinical Program Manager (LCSW) to oversee supervision and group therapy programs in Westminster. You will lead clinical staff, ensure standards and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the Medical Director and treatment teams.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Social Work, an active clinical license, CPR and de-escalation certifications, and experience managing program audits and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent required.
• Active clinical or social work license required by state regulations.
• CPR and De-escalation certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follows operational guidelines for assigned programs including child/adolescent, military, and other specialty programs.
• Provides oversight to all staff and feedback through performance evaluations and corrective action as needed.
• Communicates with the Director of OP or DCS on ongoing issues with programming, staffing, marketing, and business issues.
• Oversees chart audits and ensures chart compliance with treatment teams.
• Interfaces with the Medical Director to review clinical programs and concerns from patients/parents/managed care, etc.
• Ensures all interventions (individual, group, and family therapy) are performed and documented to professional standards.
• Oversees the transportation program ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policy.
• Active participation in compliant resolution processes as needed.

How You'll Contribute

A Clinical Program Manager who excels in this role:

• Follows the operational guidelines set forth for assigned programs including child/adolescent, military, and other specialty programs
• Provides oversight to all staff and provides feedback through the performance evaluation process and if necessary, through counseling and/or corrective action
• Communicates with the Director of OP or DCS on an ongoing basis any issues with programming, staffing, marketing, and business issues
• Overseas and completes chart audits
• Communicate with the treatment team to ensure chart compliance
• Interfaces with others to ensure completion of physician follow ups from CPE and other regulatory requirements
• Oversees quality assurance requirements and reviews patient satisfaction forms to ensure safety, regulatory requirements, and parent's perception of the treatment program
• Maintain a positive working relationship with referral sources, community agencies and organizations
• Interfaces with the Medical Director to review clinical programs and concerns from patients/parents/managed care, etc
• Ensures that all interventions (individual, group, and family therapy) are performed and documented according to professional clinical standards
• Oversee the programs transportation program ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policy and procedure
• Actively participates in the compliant resolution process as needed

What We're Looking For

Hourly range: $66,955-$90,396 Annually.
