Job description

Pre-licensed Therapist (Full Time) - Bilingual

The Therapist is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s Outpatient Services. The Therapist provides direct and/or group therapeutic services to consumers and/or their families, delivering care in a compassionate, evidence‑based manner while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a safe therapeutic environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides therapy to assigned consumers and/or families as appropriate.
  • Prepares and manages treatment and discharge plans.
  • Delivers therapeutic crisis interventions as needed.
  • Documents interventions and program activity, maintaining accurate, timely clinical records.
  • Utilizes measurement‑based care to track service success and support informed treatment decisions.
  • Empowers consumers to reach optimal achievement, serving as a positive role model.
  • Facilitates or co‑facilitates group therapy sessions following evidence‑based practices.
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, peer support specialists, employment specialists, and medical professionals.
  • Attends scheduled supervisions, team meetings, staffing sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Performs additional duties within the scope of the position as assigned.
  • Maintains a flexible schedule, including a hybrid work option (in‑office and home).

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited program in counseling or a related field.
  • Ability to register with DORA; license preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer.
  • Requires close vision for computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting is required.

Schedule:

Either a 5‑day workweek or a 4‑day workweek (Manager approval required).

Salary Information:

Starting Salary Range:
$61,000‑$63,000 for Unlicensed,
$71,000‑$75,000 for Independently Licensed,
Eligible for $250/month Bilingual Stipend.
