Program Manager provides both clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring effective team operations, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering innovation in behavioral health practices. The Program Manager leads team success by supporting staff development, promoting accountability, and coordinating team functions and community initiatives. This position also oversees compliance, documentation, and budgetary responsibilities while maintaining strong internal and external partnerships and aligning with organizational goals.
The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
This is an on‑site position at WellPowers Resource Center – 1075 Galapago St, Denver.
Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, telephone, and other office and/or clinical equipment. Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, WAVE, electronic pallet jack, etc. upon certification). May be required to drive fleet vehicles to pick‑up donations/purchased product. Must wear steel-toed boots while in designated areas of the Resource Center.
