Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Leadership Development Program Manager to design and implement an education curriculum aligned with organizational goals.

You will organize and deliver leadership training across levels, focusing on system initiatives to build capability and performance, while collaborating with many departments and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Adult Education, Business or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Five years managing system-wide training initiatives.
  • Three years in project or program management.
  • Five years of classroom facilitation and evaluation of education programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Ability to build relationships at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Excellent research, communication, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Experience with leadership skill diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with HR regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

The Leadership Development Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing an education and development curriculum that aligns with MLH's commitment to being a high-performing organization. This role has significant responsibility for developing standards and materials (based on needs analysis), organizing and delivering education to all levels in the organization, and focusing primarily on leadership and system initiatives that build capability and/or improve performance

Education & Experience
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing system-wide training initiatives.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project or program management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of classroom facilitation experience, and the evaluation of education programs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and proven track record of implementing successful learning solutions.
  • Significant experience building relationships at multiple levels of the organization including employees, leadership, and external customers
  • Excellent research, communication, reporting, and presentation skills and experience required.
  • Experience with leadership skill diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with Federal/State/Local regulatory requirements relating to Human Resources.
