Main Line Health is seeking a Leadership Development Program Manager to design and implement an education curriculum aligned with organizational goals.
You will organize and deliver leadership training across levels, focusing on system initiatives to build capability and performance, while collaborating with many departments and external partners.
The Leadership Development Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing an education and development curriculum that aligns with MLH's commitment to being a high-performing organization. This role has significant responsibility for developing standards and materials (based on needs analysis), organizing and delivering education to all levels in the organization, and focusing primarily on leadership and system initiatives that build capability and/or improve performance

This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with many different departments at a Main Line Health system level as well as with outside agencies and vendors. There are numerous committees and workgroups you can join and represent.
