Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Leadership Development Program Manager to craft and execute an education and development curriculum aligned with organizational objectives. You will develop standards and materials, and organize education for all levels, focusing on leadership and system initiatives to build capability and improve performance.

The role emphasizes extensive collaboration with various departments and external partners, with a pathway for advanced degrees and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years managing system-wide training initiatives.
• Minimum of three years in project or program management.
• Five years of classroom facilitation experience and evaluating education programs.
• Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design, and implementing learning solutions.

This role has significant responsibility for developing standards and materials (based on needs analysis), organizing and delivering education to all levels in the organization, and focusing primarily on leadership and system initiatives that build capability and/or improve performance

Education & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing system-wide training initiatives.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project or program management.
• Minimum of 5 years of classroom facilitation experience, and the evaluation of education programs.
• Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and proven track record of implementing successful learning solutions.
• Significant experience building relationships at multiple levels of the organization including employees, leadership, and external customers
• Excellent research, communication, reporting, and presentation skills and experience required.
• Experience with leadership skill diagnostics.
• Familiarity with Federal/State/Local regulatory requirements relating to Human Resources.
