Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator - System Education to lead orientation, training, and competency validation for clinical staff. This full-time role focuses on continued education and advancing evidence-based practice across the system.

The Educator will drive program development, mentor nursing staff, and collaborate on hospital-wide nursing committees to improve patient care and outcomes. A BSN/MSN is preferred, with a PA RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least one nursing degree (BSN/MSN); Master’s preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via Licensure Compact.
• Certification in Specialty preferred.
• Provider BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee orientation, training, and competency validation of clinical staff.
• Lead program development and implementation of evidence‑based practice initiatives.
• Provide continuing education and professional growth opportunities for staff.
• Mentor future nursing leaders and participate in hospital/system Nursing Committees.

Experience:

1. 1. Three to Five years of recent acute care Clinical Nurse Education experience.

Education:

1. 1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
2. 2. At least one degree must be in nursing ( i.e. BSN or MSN ).
3. 3. Master's degree is strongly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. 2. Certification in Specialty is preferred.
3. 3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
