Job summary

Main Line Health is hiring a Clinical Nurse Educator – System Education. The role focuses on orienting, training, and validating competencies of clinical staff, and leading system‑level educational initiatives.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required, with BSN/MSN as the standard; Master’s preferred. BLS and PA compact licensure are required; RN license per state. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position with tuition reimbursement eligibility.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of acute care Clinical Nurse Education experience.
• Graduate from accredited school of nursing.
• At least one nursing degree (BSN/MSN) required; Master's preferred.
• PA RN license or multi‑state license via Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS certification required.

Experience

1. Three to Five years of recent acute care Clinical Nurse Education experience.

Education

1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
2. At least one degree must be in nursing (i.e. BSN or MSN).
3. Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

1. PA RN license OR a multi‑state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Certification in Specialty is preferred.
3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
