Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year or more supervisory experience preferred
• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred
• Valid Drivers License required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide support to a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure a safe, supportive environment
• Assess work performance of employees and take appropriate action
• Create a schedule of activities and adapt as needed
• Complete required paperwork and accurately record in departmental database
• Monitor training and review timecards; interview, train, and coach new employees as needed
• Communicate professionally with others and participate in required meetings
• Promote a positive environment and identify/resolved workplace problems
