Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a single program, supervising Direct Support Professionals and ensuring quality services to 4-8 individuals in residential settings or 10-15 in day programs. This full-time, hourly supervisor role pays $17.75 per hour and supports several shifts.

You will help implement person-centered plans, monitor health care and safety, coordinate scheduling, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One-year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operation including supports, health care, and compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure program needs are met.
• Maintain records and support program planning.
• Attend routine meetings and support regulatory compliance.
