Qualifications

• 9+ years in a senior project and/or program management role.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction to project managers, construction managers, and staff.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to respond to client priorities.
• Represent the owner as primary contact on contracts and projects.
• Manage all phases of planning and execution of Capital Improvement Plans.
