Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • 15+ years of professional experience, with 10+ years in program or project management.
  • Experience with large capital programs in water infrastructure or transportation.
  • PMP or CCM certification desired within one year of hire.
  • Graduate degree preferred (MBA a plus).
  • Experience developing standardized reporting and dashboards for project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development and delivery of large capital programs (~$1.0B).
  • Coordinate resources, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across projects.
  • Lead risk, change, and quality assurance management.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, manage feedback and change requests.
  • Report onsite to client location up to 3 days per week.
