Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Program Manager to oversee large, multi-project capital improvement programs in Florida, coordinating owner representatives with designers and constructors. You will lead planning, execution, and risk management across complex CIP portfolios and guide diverse teams to meet client priorities.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience managing high-value infrastructure projects within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in senior project/program management.
• PM, EM, Planning, or Project Controls experience.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage a program with very large or complex inter-related projects from hundreds of millions to >$1B total value.
• Represent the owner in managing 3rd party designers and constructors.
• Represent the organization as the primary contact on contracts and projects.
• Be responsible for all aspects of the program including planning and execution of a CIP.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to respond to client priorities.
