Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's Independence Family Health Center is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead and coordinate multiple medium- to large-sized projects across Nursing Operations. You will serve as a single point of contact and drive strategic initiatives with IT, QA, and clinical teams.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days (three days onsite, two from home) and may require travel to other facilities based on project needs. Strong project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare administration and five years of project management experience.
• OR Master’s degree with four years of experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception to completion.
• Effective relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects and serve as a single point of contact.
• Lead and manage multiple medium- to large-sized projects to deliver results.
• Contribute to strategic plans and forecasts with information and recommendations.
• Prepare and complete action plans.
• Implement standards for production, quality, and customer service.
• Track timelines and KPIs to ensure successful outcomes.
