Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland is seeking a Program Manager IV for Graduate Medical Education to lead diverse projects, improve operational systems, and coordinate across departments.

You will manage budgets, serve as liaison, coach colleagues, and ensure compliance with HR policies, with a hybrid schedule after training and in-person one day per week.

Qualifications

• Manage the Enterprise GME SharePoint site.
• Guide project management for cross functional teams within GME, including off-boarding for departing trainees.
• Oversee timekeeping and scheduling of GME caregiver office hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Program Manager IV with Graduate Medical Education, you will manage diverse projects,identifyprocess improvements, and enhance departmental efficiency and cohesion to support many of the training and education programs Cleveland Clinic offers to a global audience of healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical students, residents, fellows, health professions students and caregivers, and more. A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 am. – 5:00 pm.

After the successful completion of the training period, this position offers a hybrid schedule requiring in-person attendance at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus one day per week.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.

• Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.
