Orangepeople is seeking an Executive Experiences Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of immersive engagements for senior executives. You will orchestrate world-class briefings and coordinate across offices and partners to drive alignment and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and onsite coordination for Burlingame Executive Briefing Center.
• Serve as central point of contact for internal stakeholders (Facilities, Security, Culinary, A/V).
• Partner with Executive Engagement Leads and sales to deliver high-impact executive experiences.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory for the Center.
• Manage systems, tooling, and reporting for the global Executive Briefing Program.
• Identify and document process improvements for continuity.
• Support creation of Executive Briefing Program assets to drive awareness and demand.
• Apply best practices for briefing programs to improve efficiency.

As an Executive Experiences Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating world‑class briefings that leave a lasting impression on our partners and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center, including on-the-day, on-site coordination with internal cross-functional partners.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all internal stakeholders (e.g., Facilities, Security, Culinary, A/V, etc.) involved in delivery and execution of briefings in the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
• Partner closely with Executive Engagement Leads and sales teams to deliver high‑impact, memorable executive experiences in line with broader business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory supply related to the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
• Manage systems, tooling, and reporting for the global Executive Briefing Program.
• Identify and document process improvements that carry forward.
• Support management and creation of Executive Briefing Program assets and resources to drive internal awareness and external demand.
• Apply industry best practices for Executive Briefing Programs by utilizing systems, processes, and frameworks that increase operational efficiencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• 6+ years in executive engagement, events, or program management.
• Experience as the on‑site owner during live executive events, including real‑time problem resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Comfort building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, or reporting in Google Sheets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in global, cross‑regional collaboration.
• Vendor and hospitality management experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of Wearables and other Consumer Electronics technologies.
