Join our dynamic team as an IT Program Manager and lead the charge in modernizing global network infrastructure. This 100% remote, 10-month contract role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects and deliver impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the scope of multiple interrelated projects within the network modernization program.
• Conduct impact analysis to ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget.
• Review and present change requests to governance groups for approval.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes and deliverables across all projects.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies, standards, and procedures.
• Develop and report on business cases and benefits realization plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and resource groups to ensure priority alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, assuming ownership of critical project-level issues.
• Establish and uphold PMO standards in collaboration with business owners and project sponsors.
  
  
  

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years in project or program management, with at least 3 years in a program manager role.
• Proven experience managing multiple work streams and projects simultaneously.
• Expertise with enterprise-level project management tools such as Planview, Planisware, or MS Project.
• Experience in large companies, particularly in network-related projects impacting facilities or sites.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP certification or membership in a recognized project management institute.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Project Server, and Office Suite.
• Experience with resource planning and matrix team management.
