Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing MIS, system configuration, interface design.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT service delivery to support Supply Chain business.
  • Participate in TMS setup, system testing, and user training.
  • Support daily TMS issues and user queries.

Responsibilities
  • Understand Supply Chain business, especially Transport operations to provide excellent IT service delivery to business
  • Participate in TMS setup, system testing, user training, UAT support and other deliverables of TMS deployment projects.
  • Support daily TMS related issues & user queries, so that Operation can use TMS properly and effectively
  • Drive TMS usage KPI through reporting and process improvement
  • Support system change request, and coordinate with requester to implement per Change Management process
  • Explore new system functionalities and new technologies(RPA, PowerBI, etc.) in order to support Transport Digitalization
Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ work experience in IT industry - either as IT System Supervisor, Tech Lead, Tech Consultant, or BA/Product Owner
  • MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio and Collaboration tools
  • Intermediate knowledge in Network topologies and System designs
  • Experience in implementing MIS - system configuration & testing, interface design, reports development
  • Logical thinking with good programming skills in C#, VB.NET, SQL queries
  • Project management skills, as a Project Leader or a Project Manager
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking when needed
  • Enthusiasm and Carefulness, to be right at first-time
  • Innovative Mindset, able to take initiative in process improvement, system enhancement
  • Flexibility & Reliability - minimal supervision required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Logistics, or related disciplines
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, to be able to cooperate with cross-department teams

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in the Supply Chain Industry and/or Transport operations
  • Knowledge of IT product life cycle, ITIL, and Network Administration
  • Work experience in an international corporation
