Job summary

Program Manager – Cyber Battle Lab Facility

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) headquartered in Oakland, Maryland, is a fast‑growing woman‑owned Small Business and HUBZone company providing acquisition, business process, training, IT, administrative and security services to multiple federal agencies.

Site: On‑site duty at the CBL Battle Lab Facility, Fort Gordon, GA. The Program Manager is the key point of contact and supervisor for the contract supporting the CBL mission, providing experimentation support to the C-CDID with dynamic network experimentation integrated with CO, DODIN‑A, EW and IA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate work schedules, resolve minor concerns/issues and complete administrative tasks associated with the contract.
• Ensure all deliverables described in the PWS are delivered on time.
• Provide analysis of project requirements and accurate cost estimates.
• Provide project coordination and process improvements through the Quality Control Plan.
• Provide and gather required information to assist with coordination support efforts.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain relationships with the COR.
• Supervise contractor employees and coordinate work schedules/assignments.
• Communicate orally and in writing with the COR.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of management experience or equivalent on similar government contracts, with active PMP training at a minimum and PMO certification preferred.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution.
• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
