Job summary

PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) is seeking a Program Manager, Interim Housing in San Jose, CA. You will lead the Interim Housing Services team, supervise staff, and ensure service delivery aligns with PATH’s mission and contract requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external partners, enforcing policies, and providing training to staff while maintaining trauma-informed care and client safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams and ensure continuity between PATH resources and partner agencies.
• Provide supervision, support, and evaluations for staff.
• Ensure services emphasize trauma-informed care, client safety, and harm-reduction approaches.
• Respond to emergencies as required by contract and organization.
• Assist in screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients.
• Ensure paperwork and data are accurate and up-to-date in records and databases.
• Ensure adherence to funding contracts and prepare reports as required.
• Inform department supervisors and leaders of project progress.
• Communicate project expectations to team members.
• Coordinate and collaborate with community partners.
