Job summary

PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) seeks a Program Manager for the Interim Housing Team in Los Angeles. You will lead multidisciplinary staff, oversee service delivery, and ensure adherence to program policies and funding requirements.

Ideal candidates hold CA BBS licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) and a Master’s in social work or related field, plus two years in homeless services. This on-site role offers mission-driven work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and active licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Master’s degree in social work or equivalent behavioral health degree eligible for licensure in CA.
• Two years of healthcare, case management, homeless services, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care and services between PATH resources and partners.
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure services per participant service plans and contract expectations.
• Supervise staff performance, provide support and evaluations.
• Ensure trauma-informed care, client safety, and harm reduction in all services.
• Coordinate enrollment and intake for clients across services.
• Maintain accurate records and complete data audits for program reporting.
