VIGILINT is seeking a Program Manager – ILS2 to lead our medical operations for the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services program. You will own end-to-end program performance, including staffing, readiness, contractual commitments, financial results, and customer relationships.

This hands-on leadership role requires building processes, leading distributed teams, and translating complex requirements into reliable execution across locations.

Formación

• 10 years of experience in Program Management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience with US Government contracts from the Industry side preferred.
• MBA from an accredited college or university desired.
• Deployed military experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the ILS2 program, turning contractual requirements into practical plans, clear responsibilities, and reliable operating processes.
• Lead program mobilization and transition activities, coordinating staffing and partner dependencies.
• Own program outcomes and drive solutions, not just reporting problems.
• Lead and develop program personnel with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee staffing, rotations, onboarding, and deployment readiness for medical coverage.
• Support deployed personnel’s well-being, engagement, and retention.
• Coordinate medical staffing and readiness for personnel recovery, CASEVAC, and medical transport.
• Coordinate training and readiness reviews with leaders and aviation partners; resolve issues.
• Own subcontract requirements, deliverables, and contract changes.
• Serve as primary program contact with the prime contractor and government engagement channels.
• Build trusted relationships through clear communication and timely reporting.
• Manage budgets, staffing forecasts, cost projections, and invoicing to the prime.
• Track logistics costs and ensure approvals for changes.
• Develop scalable procedures and risk management with accountable owners.
