Job summary

VIGILINT is seeking a Global Medical Logistics Manager to design, build, and scale medical logistics, property accountability, and supply chain operations across multiple domestic and international deployed sites. This role involves hands-on logistics work and remote management of distributed teams.

You will standardize procedures, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, oversee DME, Class VIII supplies, PPE, and government-owned assets, and coordinate with PA and COR across CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-7 to E-9) or Company-Level Officer experience
• Secret security clearance
• 10 years of position-relevant experience
• Experience working with logistics databases
• Property accountability and asset management
• History with detailed tracking and reporting of medical assets and equipment
• Recently transitioned from military service with exposure to enterprise or contractor environments
• Prior experience in a government contractor or defense logistics role

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a multi-site logistics operation (CONUS/OCONUS)
• Provide remote oversight to deployed personnel managing equipment
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Establish and enforce standardized logistics procedures
