VIGILINT is a premier provider of international health protection, delivering advisory, logistics, medical operations, and crisis management services worldwide. The role focuses on supporting members during emergencies and coordinating care with a strong emphasis on discretion and compliance.

The position requires 1–2 years in customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain electronic health records, with a 12-hour shift schedule and 5-4-5 rotation.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Ability to retain and execute established processes with minimal guidance from management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.
• Diplomatic interpersonal skills; strong analytic ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to exercise VIGILINT’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Manage telemedicine operations during assigned shifts, including compliance with procedures.
• Answer phones and emails to respond to inquiries from members, non-members, vendors, or employees.
• Coordinate medical care for members and non-members, including Level 1/2 care and air transports.
• Maintain effective communication within and across departments and maintain patient records.
• Manage VIGILINT’s International Health Protection program during shifts, including crisis support for travelers.
• Conduct real-time information gathering, analysis, and intelligence distribution.
• Other duties as assigned.
