Job summary

VIGILINT seeks a Program Manager – ILS2 in Morrisville, NC to lead medical operations for the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services program, ensuring end-to-end accountability for performance and customer satisfaction.

You will build scalable processes, coordinate distributed teams, manage budgets and subcontract obligations, and maintain readiness across locations while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Program Management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience with US Government contracts preferred.
• MBA is desirable.
• Deployed military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the ILS2 program with practical plans and reliable processes.
• Mobilize and transition program activities, staffing, readiness, and dependencies.
• Own program outcomes and drive solutions, not just report problems.
• Lead and develop program personnel with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee staffing, rotations, onboarding, and deployment readiness.
• Support well-being, engagement, and retention of deployed personnel.
• Coordinate medical staffing and readiness for casualty evacuation and transport operations.
• Align personnel, equipment, and supplies with mission requirements.
• Coordinate training and readiness reviews with leaders and aviation partners.
• Manage subcontract requirements, deliverables, and contract changes.
• Serve as primary program contact with the prime contractor and government channels.
• Build trusted relationships through transparent communication and timely reporting.
• Oversee program budgets, staffing forecasts, and financial performance.
• Track funding, labor, and procurement costs with proper approvals.
• Develop scalable procedures and timely risk management updates.
• Provide concise, decision-ready updates and after-action reviews.
