Job summary

Amazon is building a world-class last mile operation with Amazon Flex as a cornerstone. You will own end-to-end roadmaps for the DP pickup experience, partnering with operations leaders to drive quality and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience using data to drive improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term strategic planning to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering and program management on initiatives.
• Develop and oversee reports to track milestones and performance.
• Influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
• Own KPIs and identify opportunities with stakeholders for improvements.
• Monitor project execution to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Navigate ambiguities with creative problem-solving.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they escalate.
