Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced program or project manager to own end-to-end roadmaps for the DP pickup experience. You will partner with operations leaders to identify defects and implement cross-functional solutions, driving measurable improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Support long-term strategic planning to improve quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering, and program management on process improvements.
Develop, implement, and oversee reports showing project milestones and performance.
Influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
Monitor project execution to ensure quality and deadlines.
Identify and mitigate risks and drive solutions.
