Job summary

Amazon is seeking a dynamic product leader for Amazon Flex’s last mile delivery domain in a highly strategic role. You will own capacity planning driven products, set long-term strategy, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions for delivery partners worldwide.

You will guide senior stakeholders, balance business metrics with technical constraints, and drive major product initiatives from concept to launch in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in using feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year product vision and strategy to meet the needs of various businesses we support.
• Develop and manage high quality product roadmaps to realize the product vision.
• Manage prioritization and trade-off between regulatory constraints, time to market, cost, scale, and delivery partner experience.
• Create program goals and related metrics, track progress and own business reviews with business leadership and key stakeholders.
• Evangelize product vision among multiple Amazon teams and influence them to deliver on specific capabilities needed to accomplish team’s goals.
• Work closely with engineering, science and other stakeholders to build and innovate in this space.
