Job summary

Amazon is seeking a senior product leader to own the Flex Offers portfolio for Delivery Partners. You will define long-term vision, build scalable roadmaps, and drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, science, and business teams.

You will also balance trade-offs, influence executive priorities, and ensure delivery of high-impact features that improve the partner experience and overall unit economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy.
• Experience delivering product features and tradeoffs.
• Experience influencing executive priorities.
• Experience in data analysis with SQL/Excel.
• Experience with system architecture and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year product vision and strategy.
• Develop and manage high quality product roadmaps to realize the vision.
• Prioritize trade-offs between regulatory constraints, time to market, cost, scale, and partner experience.
• Set program goals and lead business reviews with leadership.
• Evangelize product vision across teams and influence delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to build and innovate.
