Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Flex Program Manager for the Flex In-Station Experience team in Tempe. You will own end-to-end roadmaps to improve DP pickup quality, working with operations and partner teams to implement cross-functional improvements and deliver measurable impact.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in program management, strong data analysis skills, and experience collaborating across tech and non-tech teams. Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term strategic planning to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee reports, ensuring clear visibility of project milestones and performance.
• Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and effective prioritization.
• Be responsible for KPIs and work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
• Monitor project execution to ensure quality and deadlines.
• Navigate and resolve ambiguities by applying creative problem-solving.
