Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience in written and verbal communication to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations.
• Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision and roadmaps with short-, mid-, and long-term timelines.
• Develop strategic documentation to gain stakeholder alignment and provide program status updates at key milestones.
• Identify key performance metrics and create reporting frameworks for program management and scaling.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams to resolve partner issues and deliver seamless program execution.
• Standardize and optimize program processes to drive consistency, efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for external fleet management partners, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, gathering partner feedback, and implementing enhancements.
