Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering at a defense contractor during EMD/LRIP phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering across the full program lifecycle.
• Drive cost, schedule, and technical performance with disciplined execution.
• Integrate across engineering functions and partner organizations to ensure alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks early; drive milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
