Mayvin, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager II to support NSWC Crane, IN. This on-site role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance.

The candidate will develop procurement analysis, gather requirements from the Requiring Technical Authority, and prepare technical data packages. The person will maintain documentation and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/NMCARS, collaborating with Navy contracting and program teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with DoD acquisition.
• Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, and lead/participate in meetings.
• Strong communication, organizational, creative, analytical and problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Familiarity with IT for NAVSEA (compliance).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch between tasks quickly.
• Ability to work in a team environment and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Mastery in using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.

• Prepare the technical data package (TDP) for each procurement requirement identified.
• Maintain electronic/hardcopy data library and ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS/NMCARS and NSWC Crane QA guidance.
• Provide policy and procedure recommendations to ensure regulatory compliance for FAR and Non-FAR requirements.
• Liaise between resource sponsors, program/project managers, staff and US Navy contracting department.

Mayvin is seeking experienced applicants for Program Manager II to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center located in Crane, IN. Must be US Citizen.

Clearance Required

Yes - Active Secret Clearance

Location

Position

Contingent upon award of Contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop tracks and provide analysis of procurement data and packages to provide recommendations to improve quality, schedule and efficiencies
• Collect procurement requirements from the government Requiring Technical Authority (RTA) to be used in acquisition plans and to determine resources and track procurement packages
• Preparation of the technical data package (TDP) for each procurement requirement identified
• Establishes and maintains electronic and/or hardcopy data library of documents and work order files for documents received for processing. Ensures organizational adherence to FAR/DFARS/NMCARS to include NSWC Crane Acquisition Quality Assurance Guide
• Provides recommendations concerning policies and procedures to ensure adherence to the Regulations and Directives for both FAR and Non-FAR based requirements
• Liaison between resource sponsors, program/project managers, their staff and the US Navy contracting department

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mastery in use of personal computers with extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
