• Extensive contract, vendor and project management experience.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge across DOT, EPA and DHEC.
• Leadership and cross-campus team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory and Compliance Reporting: interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations; prepare and submit mandatory reports; manage inspections and respond to NOVs.
• Contract Management and Vendor Development Programs: direct contract strategies; negotiate terms; evaluate vendors; implement policies; build vendor management framework.
