Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, UKG Pro, program management, or a related discipline with demonstrated business results.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools to inform operational decisions.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ability to operate independently and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own programs end-to-end—from problem identification to execution and outcomes.
• Leverage UKG Pro scheduling knowledge to optimize labor scheduling and store-level outcomes.
• Analyze store-level data to identify root causes of gaps.
• Use AI-driven diagnostics to surface actionable insights for operations.
• Share best practices from Amazon and Whole Foods Market to strengthen store performance.
• Design and deliver Labor and Scheduling training and support programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align direction for operators.
• Lead complex projects from concept to delivery with urgency and clear decision points.
