• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools to inform decisions.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver operations engagement programs focused on Labor and Scheduling.
• Dive deep into store-level performance data to identify root causes.
