Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Program Manager II for the Operations Engagement team. You will own cross-functional programs end-to-end, analyze store-level data, and drive scalable scheduling initiatives with UKG Pro knowledge.

You will influence operators through data-driven insights, build reusable processes, and partner with teams to improve labor efficiency and customer experience across WWGS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, UKG Pro, program management, or related discipline with demonstrated business results.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, AI, QuickSight) to inform operational decisions.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ability to operate independently and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own programs end-to-end from problem identification to execution and measurable results.
• Design scalable scheduling solutions leveraging UKG Pro data and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive labor scheduling improvements.
• Lead AI-driven diagnostics to surface actionable store-level insights.
• Translate operational challenges into repeatable capabilities across WWGS.
• Provide training and guidance to operators on scheduling best practices.
