Job summary

DePaul is seeking a Program Manager 2 for its Supportive Housing site in Buffalo, NY. You will oversee operations, ensure quality tenant care, supervise staff, and manage reporting requirements for HHAP and DOH.

The role also includes marketing the program to referral agencies and fostering cross-site collaboration. You will develop housing plans, monitor budgets, train staff, and ensure adherence to person-centered practices, while representing DePaul in regulatory meetings and with community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or human services with at least two years of experience serving a special needs population.
• Associate’s degree plus three years’ experience in human services, supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma plus five years’ experience in a related field; supervisory experience preferred.
• CASAC or CASAC-T certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Supportive Housing site and ensure quality care for tenants.
• Supervise staff, manage program budget, and approve expenditures per policy.
• Market the program to referral agencies and maintain community relationships.
• Coordinate housing resources, tenant records, and housing support plans.
• Submit required reports and statistics to oversight agencies (HHAP/DOH).
• Lead staff training, provide coverage for tenants, and ensure compliance with person-centered practices.

Education
