Job summary

DePaul is hiring for the Riverside Apartment Treatment Program in Buffalo, NY, seeking an Assistant Residential Supervisor. You will provide leadership, supervision, and training related to medication supervision, policy, and standards while supporting residents’ development of daily living and community living skills.

You will manage direct service activities, oversee medication administration, and ensure person-centered planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services and at least one year related experience or QMHS status as defined by OMH.
• Driving record that meets agency’s Clean Driving Record Policy.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct Service: respect residents' rights, provide teaching and recovery-oriented supports, develop person-centered plans, monitor progress, assist with meals and recreation, supervise medications, and support safe transport.
• Administrative: supervise in absence of Residential Supervisor, participate in hiring decisions, attend meetings, build community relations, and share on-call responsibilities.
