As a Program Manager II, you'll drive end-to-end program ownership for initiatives spanning a wide range of stores across North America. Throughout the day, you’ll facilitate alignment sessions with cross-functional partners-operations teams, engineers, and field leaders-to scope solutions and clear blockers. You’ll spend time diving deep into root causes of delivery challenges, translating complex data into actionable insights. Between stakeholder updates and strategic planning sessions, you’ll proactively reach out to partner teams to ensure programs stay on track and risks are mitigated before they impact customers.
