Job summary

Mount Rogers Community Services seeks a Program Manager I/II to oversee daily operations of the IDC's employment services in Wytheville. You will supervise staff, develop person-centered plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

In collaboration with management, you will lead crisis interventions, provide staff training, and maintain records while fostering community engagement and service quality.

Qualifications

• Level 12 requires 3 years of experience directing, developing, implementing and monitoring individual service plans.
• Level 13 requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field plus 1 year of direct work with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead supervision to assigned staff to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and staff development.
• Generate and process referrals to maximize resource utilization and revenues.
• Provide individualized assessments and person-centered plans, monitor progress, and maintain records.
• Participate in public relations to raise community awareness of employment and support services.
• Collaborate with staff to identify 3rd party transportation providers for access to work.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and federal, state, local regulations and funding requirements.
• Provide discharge/follow-up services per procedures for persons served leaving the IDC.
• Lead in crisis and emergencies: train staff, serve as resource, follow protocols, acquire resources.
