University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager II to support student enrollment communications and CRM workflows. You will manage Slate queries, audience lists, and content scheduling while ensuring accurate timing and personalization.
You will monitor campaign performance, propose practical improvements, and coordinate with Enrollment Management Communication to align strategies across departments.
Our student communications team is looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented professional who can keep enrollment campaigns on track, maintain accurate audiences, build queries, and identify improvements in our CRM processes.

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Salary Range: $54,000 - $60,000 Per Year
