Northrop Grumman’s Missions Systems (NGMS) in Sacramento, CA seeks a Manager, Programs Level 2 to lead the cyber and intelligence solutions program team on-site. The role focuses on delivering cost, schedule, and technical performance across the full program lifecycle, engaging with customers, and coordinating cross-functional IPTs.

The position requires US citizenship, a current/active clearance, and experience managing Cost-Plus or Fixed Price contracts. Up to 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with required years of experience as stated in job posting.
• Experience leading cost-plus and/or fixed-price contracts with values >$15M.
• Experience in Defense or IC programs and EVM or similar cost/schedule control methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems.
• Develop and maintain program baselines and schedules using EVMS or similar tools.
• Cultivate customer relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and executives.
• Oversee contract negotiations, changes, and key terms and conditions.
