Job summary

Catalent’s Madison, Wisconsin site is seeking a Supervisor - Biomanufacturing, Upstream to oversee manufacturing operations ensuring products meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives. You will lead and develop staff, maintain compliance with cGMP regulations, and support audits and technical discussions.

This 2nd shift role (2pm-12am, Wed-Sat) is 100% onsite in Madison, WI, with responsibility for cleanroom operations, equipment readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or biomanufacturing discipline with relevant GMP experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly to varied audiences and ensure regulatory compliance (cGMP, ICH, FDA, EMA).
• Proven leadership experience to guide strategic projects and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced on schedule and within quality and cost objectives.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate staff, addressing performance issues and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and improve cGMP documentation and quality systems; support audits and technical discussions.
