Job Description:

The Hiring Manager outlined that this position will have a strong executive-oriented focus within supply chain operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting ongoing programs and ensuring that materials, purchasing activities, and production-readiness milestones remain on track.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and tracking material availability and movement throughout the supply chain process.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date material tracking reports and spreadsheets.
• Supporting Clear-to-Build (CTB) schedules and ensuring that required materials are available in alignment with production timelines.
• Tracking key supply chain milestones and identifying potential delays or gaps that could impact execution.
• Providing purchase order support , including tracking PO status, quantities, delivery timelines, and related information.
• Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to obtain updates and resolve operational issues.
• Maintaining data accuracy and ensuring that supply chain information is properly documented and readily available for decision-making.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day operational follow-up and execution activities during the period of increased business demand.

The role is expected to be hands-on and execution-focused , rather than heavily strategic. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously will be important.
