Job summary

Open Arms Care Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to direct assigned client programs for individuals with IDD. You will implement and oversee ISPs, BSPs, and related policies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with health professionals, families, and conservators, managing workloads to maintain service quality while upholding core company values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• PCM certification within 60 days of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned client programs and implement programmatic and administrative policies and procedures.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate employees; ensure accurate documentation and adherence to ISP/BSP protocols.
• Ensure CMS regulatory guidance is followed and participate in incident management and quality reviews.
