Job summary

Amazon seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs for grocery distribution center launches, ASRS, and retrofits across the grocery industrial footprint. You will develop scalable processes, coordinate execution across Operations, Real Estate, Design, and Safety, and own program communications.

You will travel up to 25% regionally to support on-site launches, collaborate with leadership, and drive change management to enable faster, more reliable network expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-functional programs for grocery distribution center launches, ASRS, and retrofits.
• Lead end-to-end project execution for industrial facilities from 60k to 1M sq ft.
• Develop and standardize scalable processes for network-wide expansion.
• Coordinate operational readiness with Ops, Construction, Reliability & Maintenance, and Safety teams.
• Own program communications and leadership updates with clear metrics.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt new processes and drive change management.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and context-switching.
• Travel regionally up to 25% to support on-site launches and engagements.
